


Check out the new pendants. These are on wood. I love the depth, so I think I will be using this type of wood for most of the pendants.
They look much better in person.
I love my dremel. I used it to drill the holes into the top for the eye pin, bead and bail.

I've been experimenting with image transfer techniques on polymer clay and wood. Below is a photo of some pieces of scrap wood w/ transfers. Some images were transferred using epson t-shirt transfer paper and some were given to me by
jimiyo. (check out his test prints on his blog)
the result? not sure yet. I think I will just decoupage. ha!
Actually I really like how the wood grain comes through an image where it's light colored or white. So I may use this transfer technique with certain designs in mind or create designs specifically for transferring.

I bought a
dremel this week! I haven't actually used it yet. I need to get some extra collets for my tiny drill bits. It should come in handy for lots of projects. Now I need to get a little vise.
